For a high-static-pressure radiator fan without RGB, the Thermaltake TOUGHFAN 12 is built specifically for thick AIO and custom-loop radiators rather than open case airflow.

We'd put this on a radiator, not a mesh front, its anti-vibration mounts and reinforced frame are aimed at fans that spend their life bolted to a rad at high RPM.
