Which should you buy, Adder Technology Adder ALIF1104T or NTI (Network Technologies Inc) NTI?
The Adder Technology Adder ALIF1104T suits enterprise IP KVM matrix deployments across many rooms and HDMI workstations needing centralized network-routed access, though it is not the pick for small single-room point-to-point extension needs and DisplayPort or 4K/5K workstation resolutions. Buy the NTI (Network Technologies Inc) NTI for industrial control rooms with legacy PS/2-only keyboard/mouse hardware and embedded systems that haven't migrated to USB console interfaces, though it is the wrong buy for modern USB-console machines (see the NTI VOPEX-USBV-2) and desks needing more than 2 ports (see the ATEN CS84U).
