Buy the Adder Technology Adder ALIF1104T for enterprise IP KVM matrix deployments across many rooms and HDMI workstations needing centralized network-routed access, though it is not built for small single-room point-to-point extension needs and DisplayPort or 4K/5K workstation resolutions. The Raritan Secure Switch RSS-102C4K is the one to take for classified 2-network desks needing 4K HDMI video and audio switching and government facilities requiring both smart card auth and tamper-evident hardware, though it is not the pick for desks needing more than 2 connected computers and general commercial office use with no security clearance requirement. It is not the one for budget-constrained secure deployments (the RSS-1024K is cheaper without smart card support). Our rating of the Adder Technology Adder ALIF1104T (8/10): A strong HDMI-based enterprise IP KVM transmitter for buyers already invested in the ADDERLink Infinity ecosystem.
