Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO vs CKL 92HUA: which one fits your build

The Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO is the one to take for broadcast and security operations needing rack-mounted, RS232-controllable switching, though it is the wrong buy for single-desk users who only need to switch between two computers and buyers needing HDMI or DisplayPort instead of DVI/VGA. The same goes for control room and NOC operators managing 4-8 machines across multiple monitors. It is the wrong buy for budget shoppers, since modular head configurations cost more than a fixed 4-port switch. it is not built for gamers or buyers wanting high refresh rates or dual-monitor support. It is equally the pick for budget buyers who need simple 2-PC HDMI switching without extra features. Our rating of the Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO (8/10): A serious modular KVM built for control rooms that need to scale past 4 computers, overkill for a simple desk setup. Our rating of the CKL 92HUA (6/10): A no-frills, budget 2-port HDMI KVM switch for buyers who just need basic switching at the lowest price.
