Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO AV4PRO vs Lindy 2 Port HDMI 4K60 USB 2.0 & Audio Cable KVM Switch: Comparison
What is the difference between Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO and Lindy 2 Port HDMI 4K60 USB 2.0 & Audio?
Max resolution is where these two genuinely part company, Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO 1920x1200 against Lindy 2 Port HDMI 4K60 USB 2.0 & Audio 4096x2160, a 74% lead for Lindy 2 Port HDMI 4K60 USB 2.0 & Audio. Add max resolution single display to that, 1920x1200 on the Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO versus 4096x2160 on the Lindy 2 Port HDMI 4K60 USB 2.0 & Audio, and the pattern holds.
Who each one is for
Buy the Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO for broadcast and security operations needing rack-mounted, RS232-controllable switching, though it is not the pick for single-desk users who only need to switch between two computers and buyers needing HDMI or DisplayPort instead of DVI/VGA. It is equally the pick for control room and NOC operators managing 4-8 machines across multiple monitors. It is not the one for budget shoppers, since modular head configurations cost more than a fixed 4-port switch. The Lindy 2 Port HDMI 4K60 USB 2.0 & Audio suits users watching HDCP 2.2 protected content from either source and compact desks where a bus-powered switch matters, though it is not built for anyone needing USB 3.0 throughput through the hub and DisplayPort-only source machines. The same goes for Two-PC setups that want full 4:4:4 color at 4K60 over HDMI. Our rating of the Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO (8/10): A serious modular KVM built for control rooms that need to scale past 4 computers, overkill for a simple desk setup.

The 4K60 upgrade over LINDY's base HDMI KVM, better refresh-rate headroom for the same cable-KVM form factor.
