Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO vs CKL CKL-922HUA-3: which one fits your build

The Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO suits broadcast and security operations needing rack-mounted, RS232-controllable switching, though it is not built for single-desk users who only need to switch between two computers and buyers needing HDMI or DisplayPort instead of DVI/VGA. It also earns its place with control room and NOC operators managing 4-8 machines across multiple monitors. Avoid it for budget shoppers, since modular head configurations cost more than a fixed 4-port switch. Buy the CKL CKL-922HUA-3 for Two-PC, two-monitor desks and home office switching, though it is not the pick for more than 2 computers or 2 monitors. Our rating of the Adder Technology Adder AdderView PRO (8/10): A serious modular KVM built for control rooms that need to scale past 4 computers, overkill for a simple desk setup. Our rating of the CKL CKL-922HUA-3 (6.1/10): A 2-port dual-monitor HDMI KVM at 4K@60Hz, one of CKL's more established and commonly reviewed budget dual-head switches.
